Veganism

Veganism in its truest form is abstaining from eating anything that came from an animal, this includes cheese, milk, eggs and meat.

Some vegans take this a step further and live a fully vegan lifestyle excluding animal products from their lives entirely. These people avoid goods made of animal parts like fur and leather, as well as buying only vegan friendly products that were not tested on animals.

Veganism can have a wide range, but the general guidelines are to stay away from animal dairy products, eggs and meat. Read my blog post about the wide range of veganism.
